Our Services

Caveman Junk Removal provides residential junk removal, commercial junk removal, light demolition, donation pickups, property cleanouts, and eco-friendly disposal throughout Montgomery County, MD and nearby areas. Services are subject to availability and are confirmed at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline any job that falls outside our service area, involves hazardous materials, or presents safety concerns for our crew.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and provided based on the information you share with us at the time of the request. Final pricing is based on the volume and type of items and is confirmed on-site before any work begins.

We never charge hidden fees. The price you approve before we start is the price you pay. If additional items are added to the job after the initial quote, we will provide an updated price before proceeding.

Scheduling and Same-Day Service

Same-day service is available most days for customers in our service area who contact us before noon. We operate Monday through Saturday, 7am to 7pm. Availability is subject to crew routing and volume. We will confirm your appointment window as soon as possible after you request it.

Caveman Junk Removal reserves the right to reschedule due to weather, equipment issues, or circumstances outside our control. We will contact you promptly if this happens.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as possible by calling (240) 284-9550 or texting us directly. We appreciate at least a few hours notice so we can adjust our route and serve other customers in your neighborhood.

Payment

Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash and common digital payment methods as confirmed at the time of booking. Failure to pay for completed services may result in collection action.

Items We Cannot Remove

For the safety of our crew and to comply with Maryland environmental regulations, we are unable to haul hazardous materials including wet or liquid paint, chemicals, motor oil, fuel, asbestos, biological waste, explosives, or any other regulated hazardous substance.

If you are not sure whether an item qualifies as hazardous, text or call us at (240) 284-9550 before booking. We are happy to point you in the right direction for proper disposal.

Customer Responsibilities

By booking our services, you confirm that you are the property owner or that you have permission from the property owner to authorize the removal of items from the property. You also confirm that the items you are asking us to remove are legally yours to dispose of, or that you have legal authority to do so.

Please let us know in advance about any access restrictions, parking limitations, fragile surfaces, or special handling needs. Caveman Junk Removal is not responsible for items removed in error if the customer directed or approved their removal.

Eco-Friendly Disposal and Donations

Our donation-first approach means we sort every load on-site and pull out anything usable before heading to disposal. Around 80% of what we haul is donated to local Montgomery County families or recycled responsibly. However, we cannot guarantee donation or recycling for every specific item, as final outcomes depend on item condition and partner availability at the time of service.

Light Demolition

Light demolition services including shed teardowns, deck removals, fence demolition, and similar outdoor structure removals are performed by our crew with care. You agree that any structure designated for demolition is on your property and that you have the right to authorize its removal. Caveman Junk Removal is not responsible for utility lines, buried infrastructure, or other hidden hazards that were not disclosed to us before work began. Please ensure that utilities are properly disconnected before demolition begins where applicable.

Liability and Property Protection

Caveman Junk Removal is fully licensed and carries comprehensive liability and workers’ compensation insurance. We take care navigating your property during every job. In the unlikely event our crew causes accidental damage, please notify us within 48 hours of service completion so we can address it promptly.

Our total liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for pre-existing property damage, damage caused by undisclosed site conditions, or damage resulting from following your instructions.
